_tcm6-59808.jpg) Eighteen year old Dionysios Grammenos won The Eurovision Young Musician Award in Vienna on Friday. It was a grueling 6 day competition with 16 musicians competing for the title. Dionysios won the judges over for his interpretation of the IV movement from the Jean Francaix's concerto for clarinet and orchestra. Dionysios has appeared as a soloist with many Greek orchestras and he won several Pan-Hellenic competitions. Born and raised in Corfu, Dyonysios began playing the clarinet at the age of 8 and he is currently studying in Athens. Way to go!
