Friendly game

A friendly game

The U/21 SMFC boys won 4 - 0 in a friendly match against Kingston SC at The Grange Reserve, Clayton South.

The game started with good combinations from both teams, but sooner SMFC ‘occupied’ the field scoring three goals in the first half.

In the second half, just a goal came up for SMFC, even though the boys created many other chances to deepen the result.

In the last thirty minutes, Reardo LUKA entered the field, giving (during his recovery stage) a better physical performance and somehow showing lovely skills in passing and dribbling compared with his first game.

As the Formula 1Grand Prix already finished and Bob Jane Stadium’s surrounding is not occupied anymore from this event on Monday, 24 March, SMFC will meet V.I.S. (Victorian Institute of Sports) team.

I wish SMFC boys all the best.
